Companion/Personal Care Agency looking for a licnsed NYS nurse - RN/LPN - to conduct care/case assessments on a per diem basis. Meet with care recipeint(s) and prepare forms as required by the agency abd or inrance companies. Salary is negotiable and we can pay as an independent contractor (1099) if desired. Please submir resume and copy of NYS license for consideration.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
