Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility support, including transferring and ambulation assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to family or supervising staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred
- CNA, HHA certification, or similar credentials (if required by state)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
