Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children of various ages.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational games.
- Assist with daily routines including meal preparation and hygiene tasks.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn.
- Support children in developing social and emotional skills.
- Transport children to and from school or activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in child care or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background check clearance for child safety.
