About the Role:
Join ANGEL CARE HOME COMPANION SERVICES as a Nanny and make a difference in the lives of families in Brooklyn! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide nurturing care and support to children in a loving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and educational play.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Assist with homework and provide support in learning new skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress and daily activities.
- Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities as needed.
- Implement routines and schedules that promote children’s well-being.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to foster a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or as a nanny is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Background check clearance and references required.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for working with children and enhancing their development.
